MRIS recently published a one page handy document on the Do's and Don'ts of the most common compliance issues.  This is an important document for you to print out and carry with you.

We all rely very heavily on the accuracy of the information in the MRIS data base.  Don't you just fly off the handle when you find out that an agent has provided inaccurate information in the MLS?  It makes us all look bad.

Compliance is cracking down on violators, don't be one of their victims.  Review the areas where you could be in trouble and make sure you fix them to avoid unnecessary fines and penalties for incorrect information.
