As a reminder, all DAAR members are required as condition of membership to complete a New Member Orientation class within the first two offerings of first joining our Association.
We are offering the New Member class on Monday August 3rd from 9:00am - 4:00pm with a swearing in ceremony at 4:00pm for new members. If you have never taken this class I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
Mandatory CE classes will be offered on Wednesday August 12th and Elective CE classes on Thursday August 13th. We have two CE elective courses offered on the 13th: Exterior Structures taught by Keith Reeve of Home Inspection Professionals and Renovation Financing, a new elective offering, taught by Adam Davis of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Two great classes with two great instructors. Be sure to sign up soon!
Mark Your Calendars! - Starting September 21st - 45 hour course in Real Estate Law. This is one of the courses approved for those individuals seeking to fulfill their educational requirement to obtain a Broker License.
Also, Principles of Real Estate will begin on Tuesday September 8th. Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00pm - 10:00pm. Check out our education calendar for details on these course offerings.
