We now offer the Virginia 60 Hour Principles of Real Estate Course on-line. This self study course allows students to work at their own pace and start at any time. For those who need a review course, we also offer a Virginia Exam Prep Course on-line as well as a "MathMaster" Course.

Can I take the 8 hrs of required CE for Brokers (Broker Mgmt & Agent Supervision, Advertising & Ofc Policies & Procedures -4 hrs and Risk Mgmt & Creating A Positive Ofc Environment - 4 hrs) on line? If yes, how do I register? If no, when/where is it being offered asap?

Our on-line school will be offering the 8 hours of broker CE beginning October 2009. Until that time we only offer classroom instruction. The next Broker CE 8 hours will be July 16th starting at 8:00am until 5:00pm. You may register on our website or call me direct to register at 703-579-0305. Please be aware that on-line registration is $12.00 a credit hour,telephone registrations are charged $15.00 per credit hour.
