DAAR has partnered with Prince William and Fredericksburg Associations to bring you 9 GRI modules in 2010, all of which are drivable without the requirement of a hotel
stay. Add to that the three electives offered in Herndon and you have a
schedule just for you. Perhaps this is the time to make a promise to
yourself to complete your GRI. The complete GRI schedule can be found
at VAR, but here is a schedule designed with you in mind:

To earn the GRI designation in Virginia:
- You must complete the nine "required" modules and take three of the five "optional" modules or equivalent credit within five (5) years.
- You must receive a passing grade for each module examination and you may not miss more than 15 minutes of any one module session.
- You must hold membership in the National Association of REALTORS®.
- You must complete the GRI Designation Application and pay the one-time fee of $25 (application will be mailed to you upon completion of last module).
- You may make use of the GRI Designation on business cards, stationery, etc. only when you have completed all of the steps listed above.

-The ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) two-day designation course (elective courses do not apply)

-RLI's Land 101 Course
-Certified New Homes Sales Program in lieu of RI Module 412
-CRS 107: Mastering the Art of Selling New Homes in lieu of RI Module 412 only
-e-PRO (for RI Module 404 only)
