Brokers and Associate Brokers must complete 24 hours of continuing education. 8 hours of Mandatory topics, 8 hours of Electives and 8 hours of Broker Management and Agent Supervision in order to renew their license.

8 hours of Broker Management and Agent Supervision:

• Broker Management- An Overview of Escrow, Supervision, Advertising & Office Policies and Procedures (4 hours)
• Risk Management & Creating a Positive Office Environment (4 hours)

8 hours of Mandatory Topics:

• 1 hour Contracts
• 1 hour Law & Legal Update
• 2 hours Fair Housing
• 1 hour Agency
• 3 hours Ethics

8 hours of Elective Topics
