For the seventeenth year, DAAR will sponsor an annual golf tournament benefiting Habitat for Humanity in Loudoun County and the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC).  DAAR members, guests and affiliates will gather at the Loudoun Golf and Country Club in Purcellville on Monday, June 8th for an 11:00 a.m. shotgun start.  The course is one of the most beautiful and scenic in the area.

If you would like more information on sponsoring (see  sponsorship levels and form) or playing in the event, please contact Christine Windle, DAAR's Government Affairs and Communications Director, at 703/727-2144 or cwindle@dullesarea.com.

According to the Federal Housing Administration, all roster appraisers must be state certified in order to conduct appraisals for FHA insured mortgages per the recently-enacted Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008.  For more information, please read the mortgagee letter issued by HUD that explains the revised eligibility requirements for appraisers to qualify for placement and retention on the FHA Appraiser Roster and provides the timeline for implementation of those requirements.
