DAAR's Governmental Affairs, in concert with RPAC, helps to maintain the most positive environment for the industry by making your voice heard.

When informed REALTORS® speak their minds, lawmakers listen. Become politically active and informed by joining the DAAR Government and Political Affairs Committee and the RPAC Committee today!

Pig.jpgOne of DAAR's Executive Committee members will plant a big sloppy one on a pig during this summer at a soon-to-be-announced special event and you get to decide which one! DAAR is sponsoring the first ever Kiss the Pig (KTP) contest benefiting the REALTORS® Political Action Committee.  Members will "vote" by making a contribution to RPAC and placing it in their "favorite" executive committee member's jar at the DAAR office and at Broker Open events in the area.  If you are interested in promoting your next Broker's Open by hosting the RPAC KTP contact Christine Windle at 703/727-2144.  Your Broker's Open will be posted on www.dullesarea.com and publicized to the membership.

The good sports articipating in the contest are DAAR Chairman Brad Boland, Tom Donegan, Chairman-Elect, Edna Cross, Vice Chair, Public Policy, Janeen Marconi, Vice Chair, Finance, Jim Sonnhalter, Vice Chair, Professional Development and Sue Puleo, Vice Chair, Member Services.  Good luck to all!
If you're interested in hosting RPAC Kiss the Pig at your next Broker's Open, contact Christine Windle, 703/777-2468.
