DAAR has updated our website at www.dullesarea.com that will enable improved communication with members and the public through a variety of different means. With added consumer features, ease of navigation and member value in mind, DAAR's website has been redesigned to better serve DAAR members and consumers looking for real estate information in Loudoun County and beyond.
Members can now get DAAR news and updates through methods that fit their lifestyles. We've added a brand new Most Recent Articles blog that compiles important industry news, association information and events into one place each business day. This feature will allow members to respond to topics and provide direct feedback published on the site. An RSS feed feature allows you to easily stay informed by retrieving the latest content in each DAAR blog that you are interested in.
The new site is reorganized to offer easy access to key resources such as member services, events, education programs, government affairs, community services, affiliates, residential market statistics, contracts, forms, ethics and arbitration. To register for education classes, events and pay dues members need to click logon with their ID and password.
The home page offers visitors several resources to assist in buying and selling a home including finding a DAAR REALTOR®, finding a home, community and neighborhoods and top reasons to use a REALTOR®. Consumers can also look up by service DAAR affiliate home inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, mortgage lenders, staging professionals, title companies, and more to help them with their real estate needs.
In the coming months, additional improvements and new features will be unveiled including podcasts and videos.
