Thanks to DAAR's generous membership, the Community Services Committee will be distributing funds raised at the very successful 18th Annual Charity Auction and Dinner. Members are welcome to attend the check distribution ceremony which will be held at the DAAR office on Wednesday, January 6th at 4 p.m.

The average number of days to sell newly listed homes across the county plummeted to only 46 days in November; a result unseen in Loudoun for at least the last four years. Especially "hot" markets included Aldie, Chantilly, Hamilton and Dulles which posted average days on market numbers below 25 days.

Thanks to our gracious new office space, DAAR will be offering a new member benefit for both REALTORS(R) and Affiliates starting in January. Networking Matters is a monthly cocktail/networking party that will be held the first Thursday of each month from 4 to 6 p.m. Come for beer, wine, sodas, and munchies. Every attendee is able to bring one page of information on any subject they would like to share with other attendees. Exchange information about your listings or buyer needs, your Affiliate services, your brokerage, or a charity event that's important to you.
